It is a privilege to be here, and I take this opportunity to pay tribute to the former Minister, my hon. Friend Mims Davies, for all her incredible work in this role. We want everyone to be able to find a job, to progress in work and to thrive in the labour market, whoever they are and wherever they live. On 26 January 2022, we launched the Way to Work campaign, moving more than 520,000 job-ready claimants into work by the end of June.
