I will not read the text message that I have received from my hon. Friend Jess Phillips because it contains unparliamentary language. However, further to the reply given to my hon. Friend Ruth Cadbury, I think the Secretary of State needs to give the House a clear explanation as to why it was yesterday that clear guidance was provided by the Government on access to abortion early in the day, only for it to be removed from the Government website later in the day. Why is that? Why are the Government not listening to the royal colleges, and why are they making it more difficult for women to get access to an essential procedure during this time of crisis?
