I record my gratitude to the Opposition for deciding not to divide the House last week. We have become aware that politicians in this country can act in the interests of the nation and of us all by coming together to do this, and we have shown that with surprising speed. I reiterate the thanks given by my right hon Friend the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care to his shadow, Jonathan Ashworth, who has been particularly helpful in this difficult period.

The issue regarding the self-employed is of great importance and has been widely raised.
