I can tell my hon. Friend that I will be sitting down with the BBC to discuss this issue. As I said, this is a BBC decision. Statute gives this responsibility to the BBC to decide the question, but we can have further conversations, and we should, about what else the BBC can do to help precisely the people Tom Watson raised at the outset, about whom we are all concerned: those who are elderly and those who rely on the television for all sorts of things.
