Order. Yes, on this occasion I will take a point of order from Ian Blackford because I gather that it appertains to the session that has just concluded. I very gently say to him that I hope that this is not a cheeky ruse to be deployed on a weekly basis to secure for himself a third question, which our procedures do not allow. That would be very wrong, and I am sure he would not knowingly do anything very wrong. We will put it to the test. [Interruption.] There is a certain amount of chuntering from a sedentary position, not least from Anna Soubry, who suggests that she thinks that he might engage in such behaviour. I am a charitable chap, and I am prepared to give him a chance.
