No. There is a duty on both sides to act in good faith during the implementation or transition period. The UK today, as a member of the EU, does not take a EU position on the UN Security Council. We are an independent member of the Security Council—we sit there in our own right—and take positions as the United Kingdom. I am happy to write to my hon.
