I appreciate the spirit in which my hon. Friend is making these points. We do not want to be overly prescriptive in putting in particular timings on how often the training should be, because obviously that depends very much on the context of the facility and how much wider training there is. At the same time, however, we want to be very explicit that it is regular training so that there is no excuse for staff not being properly informed about best practice in this area.
