I agree with my right hon. Friend. This is an aspect of a country and a Government that work for everyone, and of the shared society that we all want to be part of. I shall now give way to my newly knighted hon. Friend Sir Julian Brazier.

Oh if only that were true ! Karen Bradley , this is an aspect of a country and a Government that work for everyone, and of the shared society that we all want to be part of.
But will these young people suffer the humiliation and deprivation of a frozen pension when they eventually retire as half a million do today in your shared society that employs discrimination against it's pensioners ! The Frozen pension is imposed by section 20 of the Pension Act and denies any annual increases to a pensioner who retires abroad in some countries including most Commonwealth countries where over 500,000 pensioners are deprived with some now still getting just 10 pounds a week that they first drew on retirement.
This is unjustified theft and contrary to the Code of Conduct of an MP but seemingly it is acceptable in the modern 'shared society' of which you spoke.
