Question put,

That in paragraph 19 of Schedule 6 to the Finance Act 2000 (climate change levy: exemption for electricity from renewable sources), in sub-paragraph (3), before paragraph (a) insert—

“(za) it is generated before 1 August 2015;”.

And it is declared that it is expedient in the public interest that this Resolution should have statutory effect under the provisions of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1968.
