It could be the other way round—a social conservative could be attacked by more liberal constituents—but I agree with everything the hon. Gentleman has said. I presume he is in favour of the amendments from me and my right hon. Friend Sir James Paice providing that no process could be started based on votes cast or speeches made here. Is he in favour of what we are trying to do?
