Order. May I make the point, I think for the fourth time this week-I expect it to be heeded by all Members-that I do not want loud, sedentary heckling from hon. or right hon. Members? That is not a request, that is a ruling, and I say to Sir Nicholas Winterton that that is the end of the matter.

I am all for the supression of rudeness and heckling, and talking while members are speaking.
If John Bercow can keep strong control of the House, and make the members behave like grown ups instead of school boys, I may be impressed yet.
