Probably be of less impact than, oh, I don't know... doing what David Wright and his cronies did and stabbing Tony Blair in the back and letting Gordon Brown sneak in through the back door to become our worst Prime Minister ever?
Council tax hits too many poorer members of our society. Why can't Mr Wright seem to grasp this point?
