If the Minister is saying that the whole lot of them do, he is quite right. The whole lot is dreadful.

The two archbishops were speaking on behalf of the Church, and it appeared to them that the verdict in the "Jerry Springer: The Opera" case would make it much harder to bring prosecutions

"in all but the most compelling circumstances".

Although they said that

"it is not clear that there is a pressing need for repeal until there has been more time to assess the impact of the offence of incitement to religious hatred", they did not advise that the change in the law should be resisted.
