Unemployment in Ipswich has fallen by 1,500 or nearly one half since 1997. That is a success both for the Government's economic policies and for each and every one of the individuals who have returned to work. In the face of global competition, regional cities such as Ipswich need every bit of home-grown business talent that they can acquire. Will my right hon. Friend tell me what his new national enterprise academy will achieve in constituencies such as mine?
