John Grogan has already left his constituents to the mercy of all the powers that be. He effectually resigned some eighteen months ago with a yellow streak showing . Because he knows and has admitted that he will lose his seat. He cares not a jot for the people .He cannot wait to go and enjoy the ill gotten gains he has accrued at the cost of the poor in his constituent. The man is a lazy show man putting a good face on things he could not accomplish. He has lied to his constituents. he now lives the good life at our expense take not a jot of notice of a word he says.
