Does the Prime Minister agree that if communities such as Milton Keynes are to be truly sustainable, final decisions on their expansion should be made by democratically elected local authorities, not by unelected, unaccountable quangos?

TONY BLAIR DOES NOT HAVE TO LIVE IN MILTON KEYNES . BUT WE DO .AND ITS US THAT WILL SUFFER FROM LOUSY INFRASTRUCTURE SO THAT MORE HOUSES CAN BE BUILT TO MAKE MONEY FOR PEOPLE THAT DONT LIVE HERE . WE SHOULD HAVE A SAY NOT THE GOVERNMENT

Thank you for raising this issue. Predictably Mr Blair sounded as if he was in agreement but it also appears that things will continue with the quangos.
