Perhaps I should make the same offer to my hon. Friend as I made to my right hon. Friend Mr. Raynsford. I have probably made this point on a number of occasions but it bears repeating: the Crown office network is losing £70 million a year. We have to do something about that. If there are opportunities to get more people into the post office building, that must be good for the post office; above all, that will keep it open.

If this were the case, then this office would not be moving to WH Smith. There are usually seven open counter points and a queue of customers right out the door. The approx. time of queuing is around 20 minutes. You couldn't cram more people in there, so if this busy, successful post office is to close/move then the Secretary of State's reply is meaningless.
