He may have the support of the Labour MPs, but he certainly doesn't have the support of the public.
What do you call a government where the leader takes over without any form of election? Oh yes, a dictatorship. At least Major was elected to his post by his party, Brown has basically been handed the keys. Mind he's been living in No 10 now for years, so he won't have to move house...
Come on Blair, stand by your promise to work a full term, general election now!
