It is quite difficult and probably quite expensive to develop GPs with special interests. [ Interruption. ] Yes, I will give way in a minute. The silent one on the Government Benches seems to think that the doctor from Dartford needs to be heard. Well, we have heard from the doctor from Dartford too many times before to think that we could learn anything from him. [ Interruption. ] I do not think that we could. The point is that if GPs with special interests are valuable, their colleagues will know that and they can make referrals to them. [ Interruption. ] I will give way to Dr. Stoate, and then we will find out what he has to say.
