As the People's Liberation Front would say, there is doubled maternity pay and doubled maternity leave. There is extra child benefit as well. There is, of course, the case that we have spent more on pensioners than we would have done if we had relinked the basic state pension with earnings, and many other things. I can recommend to my hon. Friend the excellent booklet published by the Union of Shop, Distributive and Allied Workers on 300 Labour achievements.

Two points:

1) Mr. Blair blew the joke: he was clearly make reference to Monty Python's Life of Brian, but the political groups lampooned in the film were 'The Judean People's Front' and 'The People's Front of Judea', not the 'People's Liberation Front'.

2) Your linking to a Wikipedia article on 'People's Liberation Front' originally led to an article on 'Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna', a Sri Lankan Marxist party -- presumably NOT what Mr. Blair had in mind. I have taken the liberty of fixing the Wikipedia entry by leaving a note for those who click on your link, but you might be better off linking directly to the Wikipedia article on the film:

And allow me to correct that link:
