I want to make sure that the system of control orders is practical, that it works, that it has the proper effect and that it has the support of the security services. On that basis, I ask the House to support our amendments and to reject the Lords reason.

Oh this is annoying. Why do they do that? A random insertion of irrelevant information into the middle of a debate. Why can't they put it a the start or end of the day?

This correction seems to have been applied to the original division, although unlike in some cases the correction hasn't been removed from the debate here.
