Its Logical that someone who is disqualified has been done so because they are deemed unfit to drive. If they then drive and cause a death they do so knowing they are deemed unfit to drive.Knowing they are unfit to drive but driving anyway means they have considered the consequences of their actions and in my opinion should be...
