I am exceedingly grateful to my hon. Friend for her characteristic courtesy in giving way. She has mentioned safety on more than one occasion. My question relates to maritime safety and to the laudable objective outlined on page 171 of the annual report of the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions: that of improving safety for those who use the sea for transport, employment or leisure". Is my hon. Friend satisfied with the Government's response to her excellent report on the Coastguard agency?
