That, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the practice of the House relating to the matters which may be included in Finance Bills, any Finance Bill of the present Session may contain the following provisions taking effect in a future year—

  1. (a) provision about indexation of the limits for rates of income tax;
  2. (b) provision for corporation tax to be charged for the financial year 2000;
  3. (c) provision as to the rates at which corporation tax is charged;
  4. (d) provision for the introduction of a tax credit in respect of children;
  5. (e) provision about married couple's allowance;
  6. (f) provision for and in connection with the abolition of widow's bereavement allowance and additional relief in respect of children;
  7. (g) provision about maintenance payments and other annual payments;
  8. (h) provision relating to income tax relief for interest payments;
  9. (i) provision amending section 548 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988;
  10. (j) provision abolishing vocational training relief under sections 32 and 33 of the Finance Act 1991;
  11. (k) provision amending section 48(2)(a) of the Finance (No. 2) Act 1997.
