On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker. Is it appropriate for Labour Members to object to a private Member's Bill with which the Government have told me they agree in principle, and which also endorses the Government's own White Paper—which pledges: We wish to reduce the impact on traffic and pedestrians caused by streetworks for utility companies"?
