On a point of order, Madam Speaker. Is it not normal for the Leader of the Opposition to be present for a vote of censure on a Cabinet Minister? Is it not an admission by the Leader of the Opposition that the Labour party is embarrassed by the fact that they have tabled the motion and that they have done yet further damage to the beef—
