Queen's recommendation having been signified—
Motion made, and Question put forthwith, pursuant to Standing Order No. 50A(1)(a),That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the National Health Service (Primary Care) Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—

  1. (a) any expenditure incurred by Health Authorities or Health Boards in consequence of any provision of the Act about the making of payments of financial assistance for preparatory work, and
  2. (b) any other increase attributable to the Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other enactment.—[Mr. Wells.]
