On the subject of rhetoric, has the hon. Gentleman seen the splendid article in The Independent, entitled "Is the NHS safe under Dr. Blair's team?" Does the hon. Gentleman prefer the point that says: Labour's complacent attitude, which has focused on scoring points in opposition rather than constructing a viable alternative", or the point from the left-leaning Institute for Public Policy Research, which says: From where we stand now, there will be no significant new public money for health care in the UK."? Which of those is right?
