I am delighted to be thought to have an agile mind. I shall use that agility in trying to establish the hon. Gentleman's purpose. Earlier, he talked about getting new, young farmers on to the land, but now he is talking about institutions being able to get rid of new, young farmers when they want to do so. Clearly there is a contradiction.
