That this House takes note of European Community Document No. 4307/93, relating to sheep and goat farming; and supports the Government's objective of ensuring a successful transition to a fully harmonised European Community sheepmeat regime which is in the interests of United Kingdom producers and consumers, whilst recognising the difficulties faced by certain Community producers in the 1992 marketing year.—[Mr. Kirkhope.]
