Queen's Recommendation having been signified—
Resolved,That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Child Support Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise— (a) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred by the Secretary of State or the Lord Chancellor under that Act; and(b) the payment into the Consolidated Fund of any sums received by the Secretary of State by virtue of that Act.—[Mr. Maude.]
