Ordered,That, at the sitting on Wednesday 17th April, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 14 (Exempted business) and Standing Order No. 15 (Prayers against statutory instruments, &c. (negative procedure)), the Motions in the name of Mr. Neil Kinnock relating to Community Charges may be proceeded with, though opposed, until half-past Eleven o'clock, and if those proceedings have not previously been disposed of, Mr. Speaker shall at that hour put the Questions necessary to dispose of them.—[Mr. Wood.]
