Resolved,That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the New Roads and Street Works Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorize— (a) the charging of tolls for the use of a new special road in respect of which an order is made under the Act,(b) the charging of fees for occupation of the highway (in Scotland, the road), and(c) the payment into the Consolidated Fund of sums received under the Act by a Minister of the Crown. —[Mr. Wood.]
