No. 355, in page 64, line 23, leave out from 'acquisition' to 'that' in line 25 and insert— '(a) there shall be determined the sum (in this subsection referred to as "the sum referable to excluded houses") which represents'.

No. 356, in page 64, line 28, at end insert— 'and

  1. (b) if the amount attributable to house is a price, the sum referable to excluded houses shall be applied as a deduction from any price payable for the property to be aquired, as determined under section 92 above, and as an increase in any disposal cost attributable to that property; and
