Order read for resuming adjourned debate on Second Reading [12 February].
Mr. Deputy Speaker:
Debate to be resumed what day? No day named.
On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker. Would it be in order for me, without detaining the House, formally to move the motion standing in my name on the Order Paper?
I am afraid that it would not be possible for the hon. Gentleman to do that. It would have been possible only if it had been reached before 2.30 pm.
