I beg to move, That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said amendment.
With this it will be convenient to discuss Lords amendment No. 8.
Amendments Nos. 7 and 8 are purely technical. They will ensure that the provisions of part IV, which consists mainly of the "nuts and bolts" needed for implementing the legislation fully, will be in force at the right time.
