Does the hon. Gentleman agree that the only way a postal ballot can be rigged is if the union officials who are sending out the ballot forms cook them? Does the hon. Gentleman agree that there is no possibility of putting pressure on people when they receive the vote at home but considerable pressure can be put on people voting in the workplace?
