Queen's Recommendation having been signified—


That for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Child Abduction and Custody Bill, [Lords], it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—

  1. (a) any expenses incurred by the Lord Chancellor or the Secretary of State by virtue of the said Act; and
  2. (b) any increase attributable to the said Act in the sums so payable under any other Act.—[Mr. Peter Lloyd.]
