Amendment (e), to leave out line 25 and insert—

  1. '(a) which would be likely to be produced in evidence at a trial for that offence and which would be admissible in evidence, and
  2. (b) which consists of—
    1. (i) the proceeds or fruit of the offence; or
    2. (ii) anything used in the commission of the offence; or
    3. (iii) a material object or object which would prove the commission of the offence.'.
