Question,That during the year ending on 31st March 1984 a number not exceeding 185,000 all ranks be maintained for Army Service, a number not exceeding 134,500, for the Individual Reserves, a number not exceeding 86,000 for the Territorial Army and a number not exceeding 12,600 for the Ulster Defence Regiment.
