Ordered,That, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 64 (Meetings of standing committees), the Welsh Grand Committee shall meet on Wednesday next at half-past ten o'clock for the purpose of further considering the matter of the Welsh Economy; and that the Chairman shall put any question necessary to dispose of the proceedings on that matter, if not previously concluded, when the Committee shall have sat for one hour after the commencement of those proceedings.—[Mr. John Stradling Thomas.]
