I shall give way to the hon. Lady in a moment. That would not be universally popular, because the hon. Member for Tynemouth (Mr. Trotter) wrote—[Interruption.] The line stretches out to the crack of doom, but when I have completed it I shall gladly give way. The hon. Member for Tynemouth wrote: I am writing to urge you to decide in favour of Tyne and Wear". But none was equal to the eloquence of the hon. and learned Member for Colchester (Mr. Buck), who wrote: If all the relevant factors are considered, Colchester is from every point of view an ideal location.
