The Committee will have seen the suggested groupings of amendments to the Bill which have been posted in the usual way. With the agreement of the Committee, I propose to put en bloc the Question on each series of clauses and schedules to which no amendment is attached. I shall read the first and last numbers in each series. If any hon. Member wishes to debate any particular clause within such a series, will he please say so at the time. If such a request is made, I shall put en bloc the Question on the clauses up to, but not including, the one concerned.

Clauses 1 to 28 ordered to stand part of the Bill.
