Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved,That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to enable effect to be given to an international agreement establishing a financial support fund of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, it is expedient to authorise—

1. (a) the payment out of the National Loans Fund or the Consolidated Fund of any sums required for the purpose of making payments in pursuance of the said agreement;
2. (b) the payment of any sums into the National Loans Fund or the Consolidated Fund.—[Mr. Denzil Davies.]
