(b) Any such order shall specify—

  1. (i) the area of employment in respect of which the order is to have effect, that area being defined in the order by reference to (or to any combination of) any of the following, that is to say, one or more industries specified in the order, one or more undertakings or parts of undertakings so specified, and one or more descriptions of workers so specified;
  2. (ii) the persons are to be bound by the order, who (subject to paragraph (a) below) shall be the persons specified in the application in accordance with subsection 3 of this section.
  3. (iii) the date on which the order is to take effect and the period, not exceeding thirty days, for which the order is to remain in force.
