On a point of order, Mr. Speaker. I never seek more than a fair share of my time on the Floor of the House, but since the Prime Minister and my hon. Friend the Member for Manchester, Wythenshawe (Mr. Alfred Morris) have been discussing correspondence between the Prime Minister and myself, and the Prime Minister wrongly, though in good faith, interpreted the figures in that correspondence, would you allow me to put a question to the Prime Minister?
