Will the Minister recognise that there is considerable fear in my constituency that the Welsh Hospital Board's policy towards Llanelly Hospital is one of benign, and perhaps not so benign, neglect? Will he urge the board to carry out the promise given in 1966 by the then chairman to spend £1 million on the immediate development of Llanelly Hospital?
