I beg to move, That the Order made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department, extending section 1 of the Sunday Entertainments Act 1932 to the Urban District of Burnham-on-Crouch, a copy of which was laid before this House on 27th November, be approved. I believe that it would be the wish of the House for this to be taken formally, but if there is need for explanation I will willingly give it.
