On a point of order. Standing Order No. 26 provides: In the case of grave disorder arising in the House Mr. Speaker may, if he thinks it necessary to do so, adjourn the House without putting any question, or suspend the sitting for a time to be named by him. Having regard to the information we have received about a grave financial crisis it may be that "grave disorder in the House" is a phrase which could be applied to the existing circumstances.
