Is the Minister going bask on what his hon. Friend the Parliamentary Secretary said in answer to a question from me on whether there is freedom for the oil companies to bring in as much oil as actually required? His hon. Friend said: The answer to that is that there are no restrictions on the oil companies in this connection."—[OFFICIAL REPORT, 7th July, 1967; Vol. 749, c. 2136.] Is the Minister saying that there is any change in the foreign exchange position of the oil companies since the Parliamentary Secretary spoke five days ago?
